      Ya there is problem in one xml file just removed AC from the xml file you are facing the erorr. you can find it on 1st line 1st two words

    How to disable scrolling with mousewheel?
    Its kinda annoying to move cursor away just to avoid it...

      There is error only in one xml file in first line.... all you have to do is edit in notepad and then paste it
