Google provides every webpage a Pagerank and page rank is determined by many factors. Page rank is determined through the content on the webpage, the strength of the domain, the number of backlinks to the web page, the quality of those backlinks.

The more relevant links you get from a high PR (Page Rank) sites that's much good for your site to have a good page rank. So do remember try to get the back link from high PR sites as compared to low PR sites.


Also do remember to not to buy high PR links through advertisement as it is not considered good by Google.
