Earlier Matt Cutts warns the blogs and website offering Guest Post or people looking for Guest Post that it will no more good practise for SEO. So finally today all websites offering Guest Blogging and who have done Guest Blogging get a penalty from Google.
Matt Cutts thought that Guest Blogging has become nothing but just a spammy method. 

So be careful all bloggers Stop guest blogging or if you have done so or you get penalized from Google, so remove the guest articles as soon as possible to get off this penalty.

Okay, I’m calling it: if you’re using guest blogging as a way to gain links in 2014, you should probably stop. Why? Because over time it’s become a more and more spammy practice, and if you’re doing a lot of guest blogging then you’re hanging out with really bad company.
